Cloud Shape Interpreting provides an online store for purchasing vinyl stickers, decals, and related merchandise, as well as mobile applications for creating and sharing cloud-themed artwork. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

7. Intellectual Property

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or share content through our Services (including artwork created in the CloudDrawing app), you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant Cumulus Creatives LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting our Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
