We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Cloud Shape Interpreting. If something is not right, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Stickers that have been peeled from their backing, applied to a surface, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Items must be in the original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please reach out to us through our contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different design, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests subject to product availability.
