Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get an email the moment the label scans; give USPS up to 24 hours to light up the tracking feed with movement.

International Shipping
We ship to the United States only. We’re a small shop without customs set up for international, so we don’t ship overseas today — and we’d rather say that straight than leave you waiting on a maybe. If that changes, we’ll announce it in the newsletter.
Order Changes
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 2 hours of placing it and we’ll almost always make it work. Once it’s in a mailer, it’s on its way.
Packaging
We pack every order like we’re the ones opening it.
- Stickers and decals: rigid mailers with backing boards, no bends.
- Sealed Pokémon and other trading-card products: boxed with appropriate padding and fill so tins, ETBs, and bundles arrive in collector-grade condition.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after the label scan, contact us and we’ll help open a USPS service request. We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by USPS that the customer cannot locate, but we’ll help you work with USPS to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
